Seapointe Apartments: 51-unit development for seniors located at 1129 Cedar Avenue in Lewiston, Idaho.

Northwest Integrity Housing Co. teamed with the Idaho Housing and Finance Association and the City of Lewiston, Idaho to give new life to an old apartment complex in Lewiston.

Completed in fall 2012, the $1.5 million renovation resulted in the Seapointe Apartments, which offers 51 units of quality affordable housing for seniors. The design includes 600-square-foot one-bedroom apartments and a spacious community center, all within minutes of senior services, shopping, medical services, parks, recreation and public transportation.

Seapointe was the result of extensive partnerships forged at the state and local level.
