2015 to Present
Founder of Neighborhood Housing Services, Inc. in 1981. Served as Executive Director of the organization for 17 years, managing its growth from a small neighborhood revitalization effort to a state-wide agency with programs ranging from homeless intervention to homeownership. Left NHS in 1998 to accept a position as a Community Builder and Idaho Field Office Director with The Department of Housing and Urban Development. Retired in 2006; Returned to NHS in 2008, to assist with the rebuilding of the organization. Twenty-five years active involvement in creating solutions for Idaho's affordable housing needs.

Connie attended Mt. Holyoke College in South Hadley, Massachusetts and The University of Texas, Austin Texas. She and husband Tim enjoy spending time at their cabin in McCall, traveling, cheering on the Broncos, Osher courses, and cherish moments with their seven grandchildren.
