Greystone Court

The Greystone Court Apartments are a 40-unit family friendly apartment community consisting of two and three-bedroom apartments. These apartments have undergone a major renovation with many improvements to provide higher-quality living facilities for low and moderate income families in the Caldwell, Idaho area.

New improvements include: new siding, windows, doors, sidewalks, and landscaping. Interior renovations include: new Energy Star appliances, cabinets, counter-tops, floor covering, lights, and window treatments.

We also expanded our rental office to provide an area where third-party service providers may meet with our residents, a large community area with a kitchenette, computer facilities, and covered patio. The community area is always available for residents to enjoy without additional charge for family gatherings, service club meetings, and other activities important to our residents.

Greystone is conveniently near many schools and is located across from Syringa Middle School and Washington Elementary School. Our children's play areas were created to include a separate area for small children, a basketball court, and separate play area for older children.

Financial resources provided to acquire, renovate, and operate this property came from Idaho Independent Bank, the Public Employees Retirement System of Idaho, Idaho Housing and Finance Association and National Equity Fund.

The grand reopening of the property was in February 2015 and attendees included Caldwell Mayor Garret Nancolas. The mayor was also kind enough to complement the development team for the environmentally responsive manner in which the property was re-purposed and our upfront and proactive work with the City of Caldwell. The development was also subject of a feature article in the Novogradic Journal of Tax Credits March 2015 issue.
