A recent site visit to 2403 W. Fairview in Boise chronicles the progress of this massive complex to include affordable housing apartments. Our partners are Thomas Mannschreck of Thomas Development Co and Caleb Roope with The Pacific Companies.

ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT

A Boise housing development incorporating City-owned ground on the south side of Fairview Ave between 24th & 25th Street.

The Adare development team is comprised of Northwest Integrity Housing Co., Thomas Development Company, and Pacific West Communities, Inc. The team submitted a proposal to the City of Boise late in 2015 to develop a city owned parcel with mixed income housing.

The development team includes public partners CCDC, City of Boise and the Idaho Housing and Finance Association (IHFA).
